Tracer have developed a DC to DC charger with a ‘buck booster’ circuit. This charger enables the LiFePO4 battery to be charged from a vehicle cigar socket.
The input voltage to the buck booster can be from 9-16V DC and the output voltage is stabilised at 14V, the voltage needed to charge a LiFePO4 battery. Maximum output current is 2A.
Compatible With: LiFePO4 Battery Pack 12V 24Ah
NOT suitable for LiPo (Lithium Polymer) Batteries.
